ΗThe Scientific Committee extends an invitation for the submission of papers to the 14th Panhellenic Conference with International Participation “ICT in Education,” as well as the 12th Panhellenic Conference with International Participation “Computer Science Education.”
Interested parties must submit their papers by 30/04/202531/05/2025, through each conference’s respective website.
1. Full Papers (up to 10 pages): These include comprehensive and original research studies and analyses. Submissions should conform to the template provided by the Conference (see “Author Guidelines”).
2. Full Papers for Thematic Sessions (up to 10 pages): These are papers submitted within the context of thematic sessions, upon invitation and in coordination with the session coordinators. Submitters must specify the title of the thematic session they wish to be included in. The same requirements for full papers apply here.
3. Short Papers (up to 4 pages): These pertain to presentations of ongoing studies, new ICT products and applications, as well as developmental programs or doctoral theses. Papers must conform to the Conference template and are limited to four pages.
4. Short Workshop Papers (up to 4 pages): Submitted as part of workshop sessions, these papers follow the same protocol as short papers. Coordination with session leaders is required, and submissions must specify the intended session title.
5. Poster Papers (up to 4 pages): Such papers, presented via a poster, may include pilot studies or projects in progress. They fall within the short paper format and are capped at four pages.

Submissions should be in their initial stages to benefit fully from the session’s experience, with a format similar to short papers and a four-page limit.
It is noted that submissions to the Doctoral Session are not included in the official Conference Proceedings and do not require the standard conference participation fee applicable to other papers. Authors of doctoral session articles should indicate this next to their name with the term “(Doctoral Session)” to ensure proper categorization during evaluation.
All submissions will undergo evaluation by a panel of reviewers, with acceptance determined by criteria of originality and scientific merit.
The Conferences will present awards for the best paper and the best paper by a new researcher (doctoral candidate or postgraduate student) to authors of full papers. The selection process will be conducted by the Steering Committees based on paper evaluations. Results will be announced at the closing ceremony.
